- Return the Item – Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time – Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the item was defective or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
