1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Return the Item – Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time – Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item was defective or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
